We will try are best to resolve the issue and under most circumstances we do not issue a refund, we will offer an exchange or a store credit. If you have been approved for a refund all products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
